Circuit City, the nation's second largest electronics retailer, is liquidating its inventory and shutting its doors forever. The company, which filed Chapter 11 last November, was unable to officially solidify a deal with creditors and potential buyers. For the past decade Circuit City has been plagued by problems that stemmed from very poorly chosen retail locations to utter management failure. They are just one of many retail companies forced to go belly up.
